When should I register? We would like our Grace Fellowship ladies to register as soon as possible so we can make sure we have enough space reserved for those who would like to join us.
When is the final payment due? It will be due by March 31, 2023. Personal checks marked “retreat” are preferred for payment and can be given to Dorene Pine or Hannah Westerbeck.
What are the sleeping arrangements? We will be in a large, lovely lodge with 6 beautiful bedrooms, each sleeping from 4 – 10 people. Each room is unique and has at least one full bathroom for the occupants. The lodge has a large living room, dining area, classroom, campfire area and yard. We will also have use of the retreat center that offers hiking and other special activities.
The absolute max number of people the lodge can sleep is 36, that’s with 2 people in each queen and king-sized bed and 6 people on cots. We’ll get into more details about that as it gets closer.
Are sheets, towels, and toiletries provided? Yes!
Can Deer Run provide special menus for diet restrictions? Deer Run is happy to accommodate most food restrictions but cannot guarantee that there will not be cross-contamination. If there is an extreme allergy or restriction, guests are welcome to/encouraged to bring the food they require. Please note on your registration if you would like diet restricted meals prepared by DeerRun.
Are kids welcome? Daughters 13 and over are most welcome to join us!
Are babies welcome? Nursing babies are welcome, and we will try to accommodate moms and babies as best we can. Let’s talk individually about how we can help you and baby enjoy the retreat.
HAVE QUESTIONS? Feel free to ask Dorene Pine or Hannah Westerbeck at dorene@gracefellowshiptn.com, through Signal, or text.
